Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

We regret to advise that there are no refunds for cancellations less than 24hours prior to date of travel.

No cancellation fees are applied by the Tour Operator.

Minimum 24hrs notice required for refunds. Cancellations within 24hrs - no refund.
Captain Cook Cruises:
All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates:
30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit.
within 15-29 days; 50% of fare.
14 days or less; 100% of fare.
no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare.
Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

AAT Kings:
Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges.
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given.
Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

Cairns Discovery Tours reserve the right to alter or change any tour itinerary, but do so only in extreme circumstances due to adverse weather, unsuitable road conditions or operations needs and would do so with full consideratation of your interests.

Photography Tours:
All bookings are 100% Non Refundable – In case of not being able to attend you must contact us by no later than 24 hours before the date of the booked tour for possible transfer to next available tour. You may find a replacement to take over your booking as long as they present the original Tour Voucher with your signed authorization.
Upon accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby indemnify Sydney Photography Tours and/or its tutors against responsibility for any accident, loss or injury suffered during the course of activities. Should at any time the supervisor consider that you require medical treatment, you consent to Sydney Photography Tours obtaining the same at your expense.

Bookings cancelled within 5 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee - no refund. Transfer to a new travel date may be available at the discretion of the tour operator.

Tour dates can be changed with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to Tour start will receive a Refund, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.

A full refund is available for cancellation up to 6 days before your tour.
Cancellation less than 6 days prior to departure will not be refunded.
