•Failing to attend the tour, will result in loss of all money paid
•Seatbelts MUST be worn while travelling in the vehicle
•No smoking in the bus
•We do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property
•We do not take responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst on our tour

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
Iron Pot Cruises:
Bookings dates are fully flexible, customers are welcome to contact us directly to change their tour date at any time, subject to availability. IF you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees may apply. For cancellations within 48hrs of departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For Cancellations within 24hrs of Departure, no refund is available.
AAT Kings (Northern Territory):
Due to the Extensive organisation involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges.
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given.
Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.
